LAUDA-Noah recognizes that in order to minimize equipment down-time, we must offer a service & support network that can respond with quick turn-around-times (TAT) as required.

LAUDA-Noah provides qualified, factory trained sales & service representatives to support our global customer base. In most cases, our service & support network can provide component exchanges in less than 24 hours. In regions where our installed base is substantial, we target less than a 4 hour exchange by using locally managed spares inventory.

Our modular design concept allows the LAUDA-Noah POU Thermoelectric module and/or Power Supply Controller (PSC) to be replaced in less than one hour after access to the Fab.
